The smallest plan gets the same tools as the biggest. See every feature
Docker, WordPress, Coolify, WireGuard and more, installed when the server first boots.
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky, Fedora and Arch, from their official cloud images.
Take a snapshot before you change something, or schedule them. If a server won't boot, open its console in your browser or start it in rescue mode.
Firewall rules and usage graphs for each server, and a message by email, Slack or Discord when something needs you.
Anything you can do in the panel, you can script with the REST API or the rack4 command. Signed webhooks tell you when things change.
Invite people to your account and give each one billing, technical or read-only access.
When you open a ticket, it goes to the people who built and run the servers. Nobody reads from a script, and we've been at this since 2011.
Through our own BTCPay Server, not a payment company. Invoices are in US dollars.
Pay a year up front and save up to 12%. If you cancel, your server keeps running until the end of the time you paid for; unused time isn't refunded.
If your first order isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of paying.

No, it's self-managed. You get root and run the server yourself: system updates, security, the software you install and copies of your data are yours to look after (off-site backups are an optional add-on). We look after the hardware, the network and the platform, and support tickets go to the people who operate it. The Terms of Service set out who looks after what.
Backups are optional. You can add daily, encrypted off-site backups of the whole disk for an extra charge, priced per plan (plans page); they're kept with another storage company, and you can restore one to the same server or into a new one. Snapshots stay on the server's host and help undo a change; they're deleted with the server and don't replace backups. Keep separate copies of important data and database dumps as well: Back up your server shows how.
Yes, as add-ons: extra RAM, vCPUs, NVMe disk, transfer and IPv4 addresses, up to a limit for each plan. Choose them when you order or later from the server's page; they're billed for the same term as the server, and RAM and vCPU changes need a restart. Their prices are on the plans page. If you outgrow the limits, order a bigger plan and move across: Choosing a plan walks through it.
Outbound port 25 is blocked by default on new servers, to keep spam off the addresses everyone here shares. Most apps can send through a mail service on port 587 or 465 instead. If you run a real mail server, open a support ticket; we review it and open port 25 for that server. See sending email.
In New York, United States. It's our only location: every server and its IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are there. (IPv6 once our range is in service)
